The building of the company “IKE IKE”, which will host the regional headquarters of the Athens Court of First Instance in Peristeri, is located at the intersection of Gounari and Plapouta streets, 50 meters from Agios Antonios Metro Station.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Justice, the total area of the ground floor and its 6 floors is 2,797 sq.m. and includes 2 audiences, offices capable of housing the increased needs of the Athens Court of First Instance, according to the new court map, as well as auxiliary and storage spaces (parking spaces, file, etc.).
At the same time, there has been a provision to take the necessary security measures, such as the use of X-ray when entering the building, while active and passive fire protection measures have been installed, in accordance with applicable security regulations.
It will also be immediately completed, at the expense, care and responsibility of the landlord, and the work on the accessibility of the building by people with disabilities and obstructed individuals, with the installation of ramps at the entrances, the use of lifts and the formation of appropriate sanitary facilities and the building will be delivered before the new toilet.
Justice Minister George Floridis after signing the contract, said:
