As soon as I see something I am interested in, a video call can be done immediately and interview on the spot. With this process, you can have a job in 2.5 minutes. This is the essence of facilitation. Already, we have 22,000 candidates from Job match last year and have been more than 46,000 conjugations in total, ”Ms Kerameos explained.
For the digital work card, which, as of March 1, 2025, has expanded to tourism and focus, the Labor Minister underlined that it shields employees as it records real -time work and protects healthy competition between businesses. To discuss all this together with the social partners in a single working group, to subsequently submit the social partners to their proposal and, by the end of the year, we will have released the road map on how to move on to the increase in collective agreements, with the enhancement of the workplace.
