At 12.00 the platform was opened on gov.gr.

The program is implemented through the Hellenic Development Bank (EBA), in cooperation with the Ministries of Social Cohesion and Family, National Economy and Economic and Digital Government.

The process of submitting applications begins today, January 15, and for the service, interested parties can contact:

The first step is to submit the application to the credit institution of the person’s choicewhere it submits the intended supporting documents. Among the supporting documents is the issuance of an eligibility certificate from Gov.gr via the special platform on gov.gr which will be available from today, 15/1 at 12.00 m. The person is linked by registering the personal codes of Taxis.

Once it enters the system, its details automatically pump. The interested party will receive from the system a request protocol number, learning a few days later the outcome of the audit. If it is considered eligible by the system, it prints and presents the certificate to the credit institution. The applicant may also submit the supporting documents to the credit institution and, once the Eligibility Certificate is issued, to provide it separately.

Attention: The fact that the Gov.gr platform registes a person as an eligible does not automatically imply that it is also acceptable in the program. The evaluation of the final eligibility is carried out by the credit institution.

The credit institution also informs in detail the documents that the applicant must provide at all stages.

It is important, the property that the applicant will find to have Property identityas it will save valuable time from the technical and legal audit followed by the credit institution and in addition, it will be compulsorily listed on the purchase contract.

Following the positive response of the EAT, the credit institution must inform the beneficiary of the program. Approval of affiliation applies to ninety (90) days of its disclosure to the applicant.

During this time, the credit institution carries out legal and technical inspection on the property. If the audit is successfully completed, the beneficiary is informed to conclude the final purchase contract of the property.

Following the conclusion of the final market contract, the credit institution concludes the final recipient loan agreement.

The beneficiaries of the program are charged with the costs of legal and technical control of the property, as well as the costs related to the registration of weight on the acquired property (indicative: expense for the issuance of a mortgage registration decision of mortgage mortgage, expenses for the application for certificates, the summary of the judicial decision and the issuance of certificates, expenses for the declaration of the rights of the rights, provided that there is a Land Office, the costs of lifting offering).
