The singer and composer was a guest on the show “Morning Se Idon”. Monicawho spoke about her professional and personal life, referring among other things to meeting her husband, which was mediated by Dimitra Papadopoulou.
“I have a husband who helps me a lot without asking, that’s very important. I am still moved by this after all these years. This particular one would be like this anyway, in all his relationships he is like this,” Monica initially said.
“We don’t complain, we give each other time. We may have a tension sometimes but we will not blame”, the artist points out.
“We met at the airport, he had come to pick me up. OR Dimitra Papadopoulou met us. I was living in New York, I was alone, a producer called me and told me that he would be in a bar with Dimitra. I said: let’s go find them, although I was bored,” Monica then described.
“I go there, I told Dimitra that I’m alone and she says: I’ll introduce you to Stavros. He gave him my phone number and they arranged for us to go on a trip to Los Angeles, and booked us a hotel. The wedding came after 6 months. That’s why Dimitra also baptized our first child”, concluded the artist.
