The Ministry is recalled:
— The judgments of the subsidy are All non -domestic electricity consumers with business activity and providing electricity of commercial/general or industrial use with gross income for the tax year 2023 (code 047 of the E3 form of the income tax return) less than or equal to ten million euros (10,000,000 euros), with the exception of the De Minimis Regulation and the Products of Products aquaculture.
In addition, beneficiaries should:
-They have notified both the Competent Electricity Network Manager and their electricity supplier their tax registration number (VAT).
-For the months of December 2024, January and February 2025 to be affiliated with floating electricity supply invoices in green or yellow.
-To do not have a historical rheumatic in any electricity linked to their VAT ID as of January 1, 2020 onwards, for which arrears are pending arrears derived from their settlement.
Beneficiaries’ categories
Beneficiaries of the subsidy are divided into four categoriesdepending on the amount of gross revenue for the tax year 2023 or the main CA of the company, as stated in the AADE tax register, until the entry into force of this Decision.
-In First category They belong to legal or natural persons with annual gross income for the tax year 2023 (code 047 of the E3 form of the income tax return) smaller or equal to five hundred thousand euros (500,000 euros). In the first category it is presumed to belong to new businesses, which do not have gross income for the tax year 2023 and if there are certified counts of electricity consumption by the competent manager.
-in 2nd Category They belong to legal or natural persons with annual gross income for the tax year 2023 (code 047 of Form E3) greater than five hundred thousand euros (500,000 euros) and smaller or equal to one million euros (1,000,000 euros).
-in Category C They belong to legal or natural persons with annual gross income for the tax year of 2023 greater than one million euros (1,000,000 euros) and less than or equal to ten million euros (10,000,000 euros).
-in Category D They belong to legal or natural persons who have the main CAD 10.71 and 10.72 (bakery, the production of fresh confectionery and the production of nuts and biscuits, the production of preserved confectionery species, respectively) or have the main KAD 96.01 (washing and dry cleaner) Their revenue, up to the limit of ten million euros (10,000,000 euros) in the tax year 2023.
About the height of the subsidyapply:
-For the beneficiary consumers of electricity of the First Class, the unit subsidy amounts to the amount of 20 euros per megawatt hour (MWh), ie 0.02 euro/kWh and applies to 100% of the power consumption of the beneficiary business.
-For the beneficiary consumers of the electricity of the Second Division, the unit subsidy amounts to the amount of 20 euros per megawatt hour (MWh), ie 0.02 euro/kWh and applies to 80% of the power consumption of the beneficiary business.
-For the beneficiary consumers of the 3rd class, the unit subsidy is defined in the amount of 20 euros per megawatt hour (MWh), ie 0.02 euro/kWh and applies to 60% of the power consumption of the beneficiary business.
-For the beneficiary consumers of the 4th category, the unit subsidy is defined in the amount of 40 euros per megawatt hour (MWh), ie 0.04 Euro/kWh and applies to 100% of the power consumption of the beneficiary business.
Application process
The application is submitted by beneficiaries with business passwords to AADE Tax Services in Special Web Portal of DEDDIE SA Applicants will have to confirm the identity of the business, using the taxisnet passwords.
