According to sources close to the company, the main points of the new policy include:

  • A rate increase of – on average – 5.17% for 31,400 workers, starting with the 2023 Christmas gift.
  • Increase in basic salary to 900 euros for an employee with up to two years of service in the company and 960 euros after two years have been completed. For a married worker, the basic salary is 960 euros and 1,020 euros, respectively.
  • Recognition of seniority completed in the company from 14-2-2012 to 31-12-2023, i.e. a period which is not counted as seniority based on the recent legislation to lift the suspension of maturities.

In addition, the company’s benefits program is being expanded with the aim of further supporting employees with increased family needs:

  • Grant of a benefit of 500 euros for each birth or adoption of a child.
  • Increase in the amount of monthly allowances for employees with three and multiple children from 50 euros to 70 euros.
  • Grant of monthly allowances worth 50 euros to each minor child of a widowed worker.

At the same time, the implementation of the already existing provisions of the program continues, such as special permits and the granting of provisions to working parents with children with special needs, the wedding gift, the provisions for rewards and holidays, the group life and health insurance program with full coverage of employee insurance premiums from the company, the provision of a 7% discount for purchases of consumer goods and a 10% discount for purchases of household equipment.

It is noted that during the two years 2022-2023, “SKLAVENITIS” continued the steady increase in jobs, recruiting 7,150 workers.
