An elderly couple in Vari experienced terror on the night of Friday, January 3, when strangers managed to enter their home at gunpoint and rob them.
Specifically, at approximately 9:30 in the evening, a total of five attackers with their faces covered managed to enter the front yard of the detached house and surprise the 69-year-old woman who was there. They then led her into the house, where her 71-year-old husband was also, and at gunpoint and with sharp objects grabbed the sum of 3,000 euros, jewelry and two Rolex watches.
