A total of 4 people of the victim are charged with the case, against whom a case was filed by the Life and Property Criminal Prosecution Division, for – as a case -by -case – criminal organization, homicide with a deliberate co -ordinated, moral and synergy.

As it became known by the Police, a investigation was preceded, which used appropriate information and pre -trial data from the further analysis of which the defendants were able to identify. In particular, these are the two natural perpetrators of the homicide, who, as it emerged, were “recruited”, were ordered and assisted by another defendant, who in turn had ordered the organization and execution by their fourth co -ordinator.

In particular, according to ELAS, the two natural perpetrators joined a “group” with their co -defendant – who had recruited them earlier – and went to downtown Athens, where they shot the victim with a pistol while they were boarded. Subsequently, they escaped by walking while threw the gun, which was found and confiscated, and during its examination by the Criminal Investigations Division, it was revealed that the four calyxes found at the site of the homicide had been triggered by the particular pistol.

The police note that the defendants have previously been employed for -on a case -by -case -illegal entry and exit from the country, as well as a violation of weapons legislation, and are also sought by the Turkish authorities, for -among other things -criminal organization, theft, armed robberies.

The case file was submitted to the competent Public Prosecutor’s Office and was referred to conduct a major interrogation.
