The turnover reached 107.23 million euros

Stock prices recorded upward trends in today’s session Stock Exchange with the market exceeding the levels of 1,420 units. At the center of interest were the bank shares and the title of PPC.

The General Price Index closed at 1,423.74 points, marking an increase of 0.87%.

The value of the transactions amounted to 107.23 million euros, while 20,990,839 shares were traded.

The large-cap index gained 1.11%, while the mid-cap index gained 0.47%.

Of the high capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of PPC (+4.21%), Alpha Bank (+2.52%), Aegean Airlienes (+2.25%), Piraeus (+2.075 %), Sarantis (+1.87%), PPA (+1.85%), Autohellas (+1.68%), Eurobank (+1.61%), Jumbo (+1.56 %) and National (+1.46%).

On the contrary, the biggest fall was recorded by the shares of OTE (-0.63%), GEK TERNA (-0.23%) and Elvalhalcor (-0.22%).

The largest volume of transactions was presented by Alpha Bank and Eurobank, trading 5,028,078 and 4,003,196 shares, respectively.

The highest value of transactions was recorded by National Football Association with 20.50 million euros and Piraeus with 12.60 million euros, reported APE BEE.

66 stocks moved up, 28 fell and 24 remained stable.

The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: PPC +4.21% and Profile +4.10%.

The biggest drop was registered by the shares: Attica Bank -21.85% and Frigoglass -7.69%.
