In more detail, clouds are expected but also short intervals of sunshine, with the exception of the northeast where the intervals of sunshine will be longer. Local rains will initially be noted in the eastern and southeastern mainland, in the Southern Cyclades, in the Dodecanese and in Crete, which from the morning will be limited to the Southern Dodecanese and in Crete and will gradually weaken significantly. From noon, light local rains are also expected in the mountains of Pindos and the Peloponnese. Visibility will be locally limited, both through the morning and towards the end of the twenty-four hour period.

In the Aegean, the winds will blow from northerly directions 3 to 5 Beaufort with weakening from the afternoon. Particularly in Thermaikos and in the north of the Sporades, southeast winds up to 3 Beaufort will prevail from the afternoon. In the Ionian the winds will blow from changing directions up to 3 Beaufort.
In Attica clouds are expected. There is a chance of light and temporary rains mainly for the north of the prefecture until the morning. Winds will initially blow from northerly directions up to 3 Beaufort, but from the afternoon they will change to 2 Beaufort. Visibility will be locally limited, both through the morning and towards the end of the twenty-four hour period. The temperature in the center of Athens will range from 9 to 14 degrees Celsius.
In the prefecture Thessaloniki clouds are expected but also short periods of sunshine. Winds will blow from variable directions up to 2 Beaufort. Visibility will be locally limited, both through the morning and towards the end of the twenty-four hour period. The temperature in the center of Thessaloniki will range from 3 to 8 degrees Celsius.
MACEDONIA, THRACE
Weather: A few clouds temporarily increased in the morning hours, so it is possible that there will be light local rains in central Macedonia.
Winds: Variable 3 to 4 and in the east until noon east northeast 4 to 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From -02 (minus 2) to 11 degrees Celsius.
IONIAN ISLANDS, EPIROS, WEST STEREA, WEST PELOPONNISOS
Weather: A few clouds.
Winds: North northwest 3 to 4 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 05 to 17 degrees Celsius. In the interior of Epirus it will be from 00 (zero) to 10 degrees lower.
EASTERN STEREA, EVIA, EASTERN PELOPONNISOS
Weather: A few clouds temporarily increasing in the morning hours, so light rains will occur in Evia.
Winds: North 3 to 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 04 to 16 degrees Celsius.
CYCLADES, CRETE
Weather: Temporarily increased clouds with local rains that will quickly be limited to Crete and weaken.
Winds: North 4 to 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 11 to 17 degrees Celsius.
EAST AEGEAN ISLANDS – DODECANISE
Weather: In the islands of the eastern Aegean few clouds temporarily increased in the morning. In the Dodecanese, it will be cloudy with local rain until noon and in the early hours of the morning isolated storms.
Winds: Northerlies 3 to 5 and in the morning on the islands of the eastern Aegean locally up to 6 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 10 to 17 degrees Celsius.
THESSALY
Weather: A few clouds temporarily increasing in the morning hours, so in the Sporades and eastern Thessaly there will be local rains.
Winds: Variable 3 to 4 and in the Sporades in the morning northeast 4 to 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 03 to 15 degrees Celsius.
ATTICA
Weather: A few clouds temporarily increasing in the morning hours.
Winds: Northerly 3 to 4 and locally in the east temporary up to 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 06 to 15 degrees Celsius.
THESSALONIKI
Weather: A few clouds temporarily increased in the morning hours, so light local rain is possible. Limited visibility in the morning and evening hours.
Winds: Variable 3 to 4 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 05 to 11 degrees Celsius.
FORECAST FOR MONDAY 06-01-2025 (THEOPHANEIA)
Almost clear weather across the country. Visibility in the morning hours will be locally limited and fog will form. Clouds will develop in the west in the afternoon and local rain will occur at night.
Winds will initially blow from north directions 3 to 5 Beaufort, but will gradually turn to west southwest with the same intensity. At night in the northern Ionian will prevail south southeast winds up to 6 Beaufort.
The temperature will rise slightly across the country mainly in terms of maximum values.
In the northern continental regions, there will be local frost in the morning hours.

Temporarily increased clouds. Local rains will occur in the western and eastern and southern Aegean. In the northwest, the phenomena will intensify in the afternoon and sporadic storms will occur.
The winds will blow south southwest 4 to 5 and in the seas locally 6 Beaufort.
The temperature will not change appreciably.
