From Saturday 14/10 home distribution will begin
Within 48 hours the gas station owners will be ready to dispense heating oil in houses and prices will be the same as last year, as they claim.
“The prices we expect to start this year’s season in heating oil are at last year’s levels close to 1.40 euros per liter. A little lower in the big urban centers, a little higher in mainland and island Greece, which is burdened by land and sea transport” he estimated speaking on the show “UPDATE” of ERTNEWS with Christos Pagonis, Giorgos Asmatoglou, former president of the Federation of Stockists and Fuel Traders ahead of tomorrow’s premiere for heating oil.
In the case of the 33 islands as pointed out to him, the transport equivalent measure applies and they expect a refund.
“Tomorrow, October 13, when heating oil premieres, the gas stations will be supplied”, as he pointed out, and from Saturday 10/14, home distribution will begin.
What worries him, he noted, is how oil prices will be affected by the conflicts in the Middle East, for fear of supply disruptions.
