Criminal proceedings were brought against the 18-year-old who fatally injured his 16-year-old brother with scissors in Nea Smyrni yesterday.
The prosecutor brought criminal charges against him for intentional homicide, illegal carrying of weapons and use of weapons. The accused was then referred to apologize to the investigator.
