“If anyone has known me all these years, they understand that I don’t converse like that, I don’t use words like that”
On Saturday morning (12/10), Katerina Lechou made a telephone intervention on the show “Action Weekend” to clarify her position regarding a false article that involved her in a fight with the presenter of the station. Athenais Nega.
“Life always surprises me. Imagine that I have nothing to do with all this, some friends informed me. Let’s try in these times, because they are a bit treacherous, not to lose our critical thinking and fall into traps”, Katerina Lechou initially said.
“Now what can I tell you? It’s a shame we can’t find an edge. Basically, through my mouth they encourage people to invest money in a site in order to make money without actually doing anything. Anyone who thinks they can do something like this is not a very smart person,” adds the actress on Action24’s morning show.
“The whole interview as played through Instagram, if anyone has known me over the years, they understand that I don’t chat like that, I don’t use words like that. They paraphrased the entire interview with Mrs. Nega,” she points out Katerina Lechos for the fraudulent incident in question.
“This is what I have to say to people who can think of something like this even for a minute, to reflect on what each person is and what they have done, to judge whether it is true or not. I got my lawyer and he said it’s almost impossible to trace where this stuff came from. You don’t get a clue”, underlines Katerina Lechou, clarifying that she is not going to follow the legal path.
