The lawyer who was supposed to take him on has declared incapacity – He will be appointed a new defense lawyer
The 30-year-old perpetrator of the murder of his ex-partner returned to the Agrinio Police Department, as the lawyer who was supposed to take him on, declared his inability “due to workload” and is thus detained, until a new defense lawyer is appointed, who will logically request a deadline from the investigator, in order to study the case file.
The 30-year-old perpetrator of the murder of Dora Nastoulis was taken at noon on Wednesday, November 13, in a conventional Police vehicle and under strict secrecy to the Agrinio Courthouse. At about 1:00 in the afternoon he crossed the threshold of the investigator, facing serious charges. A few hours earlier the victim, the 43-year-old mother of three children, was being buried in Dokimi Agriniou, her village of origin in a very heavy climate and with her own people expressing their anger at the perpetrator.
At approximately 2:30 p.m. the 30-year-old was taken from the courts back to the Police Headquarters, where he is being held, according to the agriniopress.gr.
