The financial offer will be unsealed at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Fund
An offer, from the company “Sani Monoprosopi Anonymos Etairia Development and Tourism”, for the utilization of the property in the area of Sani, Kassandra Municipality, Halkidiki Regional Unit, was received by TAIPED.
The tender evaluation process in accordance with the terms of the Invitation to Tender from 7/26/2023 will start immediately. The financial offer will be unsealed at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Fund, following all the prescribed procedures.
Real estate means the plot of land with a total area of 276,492.70 sq.m., which is the self-contained, southern part of the area with a total area of 915,099.72 sq.m., located at the location “Metohi Stavronikita”, in the Sani area, apart from the boundaries of the Municipal Unit of the municipality of Kassandra of the Regional Unit of Halkidiki of the Region of Central Macedonia and which constitutes the “Agricultural Penitentiary Farm of Kassandra”.
The tender process for the exploitation of the property is carried out in one phase and the financial consideration will be paid in one go.
